2. Condition of Items


To qualify for a return, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:


Tags and Packaging: Items must have all original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging. This includes any dust bags, boxes, or accessories that came with the product.

Security Tags: Some items may come with an attached security tag. If your item has one, it must be returned with the security tag intact. Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or with a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not be eligible for a refund at all.


3. Non-Refundable Items


Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund. Please make sure you review the product description carefully before purchasing these items.

Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including the cost of the original shipping. If you return an item, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, except where indicated otherwise.


4. Return Shipping


For orders shipped within the United States, a prepaid return shipping label is included in your order package. This label allows you to send your return back to us at no additional cost, provided the return meets the conditions outlined in this policy.


Free Return Shipping Eligibility:


To qualify for free return shipping, your return must be received by gilh9vszuj.com within 15 days from the date you received your order.

Please allow 7 business days for transit time, and make sure to send the return package back as soon as possible to meet the 15-day return window.


5. How to Return Your Merchandise

② Repackage Your Items Securely: Repack your items carefully in their original packaging. If you are returning footwear, do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. Please place the shoe box inside another protective box or bag to avoid any damage during transit.


③ Prepare the Package: Remove or cover any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes from the package. This helps avoid confusion during the return process.


④ Use a Trackable Shipping Method: We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method when sending your return. gilh9vszuj.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit. Be sure to retain the tracking information for your reference.


⑤ Processing Your Return


Once we receive your returned merchandise, please allow 5 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.


6. International Returns


For international returns, please note that shipping costs for returning items will not be covered, and the process for returns may differ depending on the country. Contact our customer service team if you need assistance with an international return.


7. Packages Sent COD


Packages sent Cash on Delivery (COD) will either be denied or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. We recommend using the prepaid return label to avoid any issues with your return.
